Democrats and Republicans need to enroll in a 12-Step detox program to wean them off war crimes

The fact is the US and Israel did not launch a legitimate war against Iran on Feb. 28, 2026 - the US and Israel, with great malice and forethought did intentionally execute an ongoing series of war crimes against Iran which continue to this day.

It is a de facto war crime for a nation's leader to threaten war against a soveriegn nation.

Any government who executes an unprovoked first strike on a sovereign nation is committing the most serious war crime any government can make against a nation or population.

The US and Israel cannot "win a war crime." The US and Israel can only be held to account for their war crimes against a sovereign nation, which Iran has been doing to the best of their ability.

What's so bad about the US government is that it's not just Trump and Republicans who insist on committing an endless series of war crimes against a sovereign nation, establishment Democrats also openly plot, plan and seek to commit additional war crimes against Iran once Democrats are in power.

I hear Democrat leaders talking about how Democrats want "regime change" in Iran and how Iran cannot be allowed to control the Strait of Hormuz and how Iran cannot be allowed to fund and arm groups that the US considers terror groups.

Let us examine the legal, political and military aspect of Democrats' criminal desires against a sovereign nation.

There is no such thing as lawful "regime change."

The US has no right to change the leadership of any government.

The US has a criminal rap sheet - a 75 year long history of illegally executing regime change against many governments.

The US celebrates US war criminals for executing war crimes against sovereign governments and people instead of criminally prosecuting US war criminals for executing war crimes.

By this measure Bill Clinton remains an unprosecuted war criminal for his bombing of Kosovo, mass murdering scores of civilians.

George W. Bush and his father Bush Sr. are also unprosecuted war criminals for launching unprovoked attacks on sovereign nations, killing scores of civilians.

Barack Obama is another unprosecuted, celebrated war criminal who did in fact make a conscious decision to continue using George W. Bush's illegal US drone program that notoriously killed scores of men, women and children in their houses, tents, mosques and bicycles.

It is a well-documented fact that Obama murdered over 450 children via his drone program.

Joe Biden is another celebrated unprosecuted war criminal who violated federal law to arm a government who used our American weapons to commit massive, massive war crimes against the Palestinian people.

Joe Biden has the blood of over 70,000 dead men, women and children on his hands.

Now Donald Trump has the blood of thousands of Palestinian men, women and children on his hands and the blood of thousands of Iranian men, women and children on his hands.

The sad, disturbing fact is both the Democrat and Republican parties have been funded and controlled by an illegal foreign lobby group since November 22, 1963. AIPAC - who consistently makes illegal campaign contributions in federal elections to both parties.

It is patently ILLEGAL for foreign lobby group to make political campaign contributions in federal elections.

Unfortunately, neither Democrats nor Republicans will ever appoint a US Attorney General who will uphold and enforce federal law on this illegal, unregistered foreign lobby group, much less prosecute Democrats and Republicans for violating federal law to arm a government who consistently uses our American weapons to commit war crimes, much less prosecute Democrats and Republicans for accepting illegal campaign contributions from an unregistered foreign lobby group.

The U.S. ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT, THE U.S. FOREIGN ASSISTANCE ACT AND THE PAT LEAHY LAW strictly prohibit the US from providing US weapons to ANY GOVERNMENT who uses our American weapons in the commission of war crimes.

Donald Trump is profiting from his ongoing war crimes against Iran by increasing the price of oil and war crime-related US contracts; and by Trump's buddies and family members placing bets on US war crimes and actions.

Trump is such a madman he foolishly claims he is going to collect toll fees from ships passing through the Strait of Iran.

If the US had a 21 mile wide strait off the coast of Donald's house in Maralago, you can bet that Donald Trump would be charging toll fees for passage through the "Strait of Trump."

Thomas Jefferson paid toll fees for the safe passage of US ships instead of going to war with those nations controlling those passages.

The reality is the US is politically and militarily incapable of forcing Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz to US and Israel ships.

As long as Trump is in office, the Strait of Hormuz will remain CLOSED TO THE US AND ISRAEL.

As long as Trump is in office, Americans will continue to pay high and higher gas prices and suffer inflation as a direct result of Trump's war crimes.

These are hard, historical facts that will not disappear and will be recorded in history books for all time.

Democrats are openly calling for Trump to take further military action, commit more war crimes against Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz to US and Israeli ships.

Unfortunately for the US and Israel, the US and Israel are militarily INCAPABLE of forcing Iran to open the Strait of Iran to US and Israeli ships.

History is recording the fact that Iran DEFEATED the US and Israeli attempt to execute the dissolution of the Iranian government and DEFEATED the US attempt to open the Strait of Hormuz.

History will record US and Israeli war crimes of unprovoked first strikes against Iran and political assassinations against Iran.

The US and Israel has no legal right to execute first strikes against any nation or population.

The US and Israel has no legal right to target and assassinate political leaders on foreign soil.

History books will appropriately designate the US and Israel as serial war criminals who consistently engaged in war crimes of mass murder, political assassinations and land theft.

Democrats and Republicans are hardcore drug addicts addicted to war crimes, mass murder, political assassinations, land theft and regime change.

If you play baseball or football, you know you must follow the rules of the game.

If you go to a church, mosque or small business you know you must follow their rules, regulations, customs while attending their church, mosque or small business.

If you are a government official, Congressperson, Senator or U.S. President you know you are required to follow and adhere to federal law AND international law, as the U.S. Constitution requires government officials to do so.

Guess what?

Governments who execute unprovoked military strikes against a sovereign nation or a population are committing the most serious war crime.

Governments who use military force to attempt "regime change" are committing war crimes.

Governments who use military force for any reason other than a Geneva Convention-defined reason is committing a war crime.

Democrats, Republicans and the US legacy media normalize and promote war crimes 24/7/365/366 non-stop.

Why do they do it? They do it primarily for profit or fear of being primaried by an AIPAC-backed candidate or SUPERPAC-backed candidate in the next election cycle.

Democrats, Republicans and the US legacy media normalize and promote military first strikes; including nuclear first strikes.

Democrats, Republicans and the US legacy media normalize and promote bombing countries for regime change and to prevent a signatory to the NPT from exercising their right to enrich uranium and produce nuclear weapons.

Iran is a signatory to the NPT, whereas Israel is NOT a signatory to the NPT, yet Israel officially denies possessing illegal nuclear weapons.

Democrats and Republicans need to enroll in a 12-Step program to wean them off war crimes of mass murder, political assassinations, land theft and regime change.

All national polls show that a great majority of Americans OPPOSE WAR, yet each and every Democrat and Republican President takes office and goes to war, commits war crimes.

Why is that? It's because each U.S. President cares about his BIG DONORS and his self-imposed and committed obligations to his BIG DONORS, that's why.

That's why AIPAC-backed Donald Trump violated federal law to go to war for Israel, killing thousands of men, women and children.

That's why AIPAC-backed Joe Biden violated federal law to give bombs to Israel, who used Biden's bombs to kill over 70,000 men, women and children.

That's why AIPAC-backed Barack Obama launched seven wars against seven Islamic governments, murdering thousands of men, women and children for Israel.

The root of the problem is that the criminals are in charge of our government and they will not pass laws OUTLAWING SUPERPACS. (a.k.a. "Big Donors")

Democrats and Republicans have not passed and will not pass 100% mandatory federal funding of ALL federal campaigns - no private donations allowed.

America does not need or want private donors and SUPERPACS funding federal campaigns, because the wealthiest private donors and SUPERPACS end up controlling our government and our lives.

America needs MANDATORY FEDERAL FUNDING FOR EACH AND EVERY FEDERAL CAMPAIGN to eliminate the influence of wealthy private donors and SUPERPACS in federal elections.

And it's not just one SUPERPAC controlling our government and ruining our lives and others lives: AIPAC, BIG PHARMA, BIG DEFENSE, BIG OIL, etc. use large amounts of cash to control federal officials and federal policy; and ruin our lives.

The FOR-PROFIT US legacy media promotes ad normalizes SUPERPAC control of government and our lives AS IF We The People should not be in control of our government and lives.

The Solution: the solution is for young Americans to run for office and replace Democrats and Republicans addicted to SUPERPAC money and pass new laws that facilitate free and fair elections Of the People, By the People and For the People.

The Root of the Problem

It's worth noting that most incumbent Congresspersons and Senators subscribe to bi-partisan politics-as-usual; which means accepting SUPERPAC donations, OPPOSING Medicare-For-All and federal funding of college, while SUPPORTING forever wars against Islamic people; and they do it for cash and personal religious beliefs; neither of which belong in our government.
